Four Months Jail for Fatally Shooting Grandmother

In May 2010, Edward Bell, a concealed carry permit holder, fired shots at a man who was fleeing with Bell’s car.  Bell’s shots went into a house and killed Geraldine Jackson as she sat on her couch visiting with her new grandchild.  Geraldine died for a car.  Bell was sentenced to four months jail.

Had a police officer done such a stupid thing, society would have been in an uproar.
